Oh, hey there!
It’s me, Taylor Kent!

Welcome to my self-exploration blog called Becoming Me to a “T.”
People always want things to be better: better than the last version, better than the last time, better, better, better. Since we all want the newest upgrade, I decided that I would share with the world an upgrade of myself.
Located physically in the heart of Philadelphia, mentally by the beach, I am a college student working on the next enhanced version of myself. As an avid photographer and someone that truly lives by the phrase “phone eats first,” I enjoy varying cuisine and keeping my palette on edge. I am a senior softball player at a Division 1 university, and with the combined stress of trying to be so many different people (friend, athlete, shoulder to cry on, college student, you name it), I found that I was forgetting to take care of myself and my wellbeing. Too often in this life, people spend their time and money on things instead of people; my goal is to utilize all of my assets to find some personal growth. Since I have one more year of college before entering into the real world, I feel like now is the best time to try to set myself up for success.
Becoming Me to a “T” is a blog where I will detail new experiences. I plan to involve myself in some of the following areas: mindfulness, yoga, healthy eating, de-stressing, feng shui, and many other aspects of life that are often overlooked. From my experiences, I hope to be able to give you an idea of what works and what doesn’t. Does yoga really make you feel calm? Are there recipes that make your body happy? What’s out there that is good for me that I haven’t tried? These questions, along with many, many more, will be answered as I leave my comfort zone to embark on my journey of personal growth. I hope you’ll follow my journey, and if you think of anything new that I should try, feel free to reach out!
